NEW YORK. – July 09, 2024– Tree Guardians, a rapidly growing national residential and commercial tree care platform, announced the strategic acquisition of All About Trees. This transaction further solidifies Tree Guardians’ position as a leading industry platform empowering established, experienced tree and plant health care companies to accelerate.

All About Trees, headquartered in Springfield Missouri, was founded in 2005 by Noel Boyer. Noel is an ISA Board Certified Master Arborist, a 7-time Midwestern ISA Tree Climbing Champion, and is currently the Vice Chair of the TCIA Board of Directors. All About Trees provides tree preservation and maintenance services, as well as tree removals and stump grinding for residential and commercial clients throughout the Springfield area. The company is focused on employee culture, sustainable practices, and educating the public on proper tree care.
